Anti-Bloat Morning Drink

Anti bloat drink.

A gentle wake-up tonic.

Just like kids, our bodies do best when they’re awakened gently. Before coffee or screens, this simple drink helps the system come online naturally, supporting digestion, hydration, and a calmer start we can model together.

Ingredients

  • 10–12 oz warm water (not hot)

  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon

  • Pinch sea salt

  • ¼ tsp fresh grated ginger or ginger powder

Optional (choose one):

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ tsp turmeric + pinch black pepper

  • Splash aloe vera juice (inner fillet, unsweetened)

Steps

  1. Warm your water until just warm to the touch (not hot).

  2. Add lemon juice and sea salt.

  3. Stir in ginger.

  4. Add one optional ingredient if desired.

  5. Stir well and sip slowly.

How to Use

  • Drink first thing on waking

  • Sip over 5–10 minutes (don’t chug)

  • Wait 15–30 minutes before coffee or food
