our programs

Homeschool Fit Club – Socialise, Move, Thrive

For early learners and young leaders who want fun-filled fitness, playful movement, and peer connection.

We have two age-specific groups:

Early Learners (ages 3–4): Designed to build coordination, motor skills, and social confidence through movement games, partner play, and imaginative fitness activities.

Young Leaders (ages 5+): For children ready to move with purpose — strength, agility, teamwork, and social connection all wrapped in fun.

Parents and homeschool families love our club because it gives kids a consistent schedule of movement and connection, and helps build a healthy lifestyle early.

Evening Youth Fitness Classes – Launching January 2026

In January 2026 we’ll launch our Evening Youth Fitness Program — crafted for kids and teens who are looking for more than just playtime.

If you’ve seen the typical complaints parents have — “my child is always on screens,” “they don’t have an engaging after-school activity,” “I can’t find a fitness class built just for kids in Manchester” — this program answers them.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Fun, structured evening classes that combine strength & conditioning, agility games, teamwork, and confidence-building.
  • A focus on what kids love: movement, challenge, friends, success.
  • A solution to what parents often worry about: kids with low energy, lack of direction, too much screen time, or no physical outlet.
  • A community of peers in Manchester creating positive habits, staying active, and cultivating leadership.

Spaces will be limited. Pre-registration starts now.
