Payment Terms & Timeline
Enrollment Deposit

Since enrollment is capped, a deposit is required to guarantee placement for the 2026–2027 school year.

$500 non-refundable deposit per learner
Family cap: $1,000 maximum

For families choosing monthly tuition, this deposit secures your learner’s spot and will be applied toward your September tuition installment.
Monthly Tuition Schedule

Tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is paid in 10 monthly installments.

Payments begin July 1, 2026 and continue through April 2027.
Summer Options

Families who choose to continue through the summer would make an additional payment(s) to cover Summer attendance:

Option A:
Make one additional payment to continue through the summer (July & August) at the same monthly rate as 2026–2027 school year enrollment.

Option B:
Extend monthly payments to include summer. Instead of making 10 monthly payments for the school year, you would make 12 monthly payments, covering July 2026 through June 2027.
Pay-in-Full Option

Receive a 10% discount when tuition is paid in full for the 2026–2027 school year.

Full balance due July 1, 2026.

To reserve a pay-in-full enrollment prior to July 1, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied toward your total paid-in-full tuition.

Discounted pay-in-full enrollments are limited:

Young Leaders: 3 spots
Early Learners: 5 spots

Pay-in-full spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without payment or deposit.
Sales Tax

All tuition rates shown include applicable sales tax.
No additional fees will be added.
Enrollment Notes

Deposit reserves your learner's spot.
Priority placement is given to learners enrolled more frequently.
Enrollment is limited to maintain program quality.
