Citrus Mint Spring Refresher

This is an easy go-to that works after school, after activities, or alongside meals.

Ingredients

  • 3–4 cups cold water

  • Juice of 1 orange

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Small handful fresh mint leaves

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Ice

Steps

  1. Add citrus juice and mint leaves to a pitcher.

  2. Lightly press the mint to release flavor.

  3. Fill with cold water and add a pinch of sea salt.

  4. Stir well and add ice.

  5. Let sit for a few minutes, then serve.
