Ingredients: (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 salmon filet

  • Asparagus

  • Zucchini

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Place salmon, asparagus, and zucchini on the pan.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
