Protein Smoothie

A quick, balanced shake that works for adults who want steady energy — and kids who need something easy and nourishing in the morning.

Ingredients: (Makes 1–2 Servings)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (kids: ½ scoop)

  • 1 cup almond milk or regular milk

  • 1 tbsp PB2 or nut butter

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • Ice + water to reach your preferred texture

Optional: ½ cup fruit for added carbs or natural sweetness

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.

  • Blend until completely smooth

  • Adjust thickness with more liquid or more ice.

  • Taste and add fruit if you want it sweeter

  • Pour and serve.
