Protein Smoothie

A quick, balanced shake that works for adults who want steady energy — and kids who need something easy and nourishing in the morning.
Ingredients: (Makes 1–2 Servings)
1 scoop protein powder (kids: ½ scoop)
1 cup almond milk or regular milk
1 tbsp PB2 or nut butter
1 scoop collagen
Ice + water to reach your preferred texture
Optional: ½ cup fruit for added carbs or natural sweetness
Steps:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth
Adjust thickness with more liquid or more ice.
Taste and add fruit if you want it sweeter
Pour and serve.
