5-Minute Loaded Scramble

This is one of those meals that saves you when the day gets full. It’s fast, flexible, and uses what you already have in the fridge—no extra planning needed.

Ingredients
● 4–6 eggs
● ½ cup cooked protein (turkey, chicken, or beef)
● ½–1 cup chopped veggies (peppers, spinach, onions, mushrooms)
● 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
● Salt and pepper
● Optional: shredded cheese or avocado

Steps

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add veggies and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.

  3. Stir in cooked protein and warm through.

  4. Crack eggs directly into the pan or whisk separately, then add in.

  5. Stir gently until eggs are cooked to your preference.

  6. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese or avocado if desired.
