Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or lean beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black or kidney beans, rinsed
1 cup broth
Spices
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt + pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in a pot.
Cook onion until soft.
Brown meat.
Add spices, tomatoes, beans, broth.
Simmer 20–30 minutes.
