Happy Belly Power Bites

Power Bites.

This isn’t just a snack—it’s connection disguised as cookies.

Happy Belly Power Bites are soft, naturally sweet mini cookies designed to be made together. They’re simple enough for kids to help mash, stir, scoop, and decorate—turning snack time into a shared moment instead of another task on your to-do list. Nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free, they’re as gentle on bellies as they are fun to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (kids mash these)

  • 1½ cups gluten-free rolled oats

  • ¼ cup dairy-free, nut-free protein powder (pea or rice protein)

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

Steps (Kid-Helper Friendly)

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Let kids mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together.

  • Scoop 1 tablespoon portions, roll into balls, and place on the tray.

  • Kids can gently press them down or add toppings.

  • Bake 8–10 minutes until set but soft.

  • Cool slightly and enjoy together.
