Cinnamon Banana Sundae Bowls

Who says a sundae has to start with ice cream? These Cinnamon Banana Sundae Bowls turn simple ingredients into a fun dessert that feels special without being overly sweet. Warm cinnamon bananas are paired with creamy Greek yogurt and crunchy toppings for a treat that brings together fruit, protein, and plenty of flavor.

Top each bowl with the warm cinnamon bananas and sliced strawberries.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut, and a few dark chocolate chips if desired.
Serve immediately.
Ingredient Spotlight: Bananas
Bananas bring natural sweetness, potassium, and carbohydrates that provide quick fuel. Pairing them with Greek yogurt and nuts adds protein and healthy fats, making this dessert more satisfying than a treat built around added sugar alone.
