Watermelon Hydration Slush

This is one of the easiest ways to give kids something cold, refreshing, and naturally sweet without turning it into a sugar overload. It works great after school, after sports, or on warmer afternoons.
Ingredients
2–3 cups fresh watermelon (cubed, seeds removed)
Juice of ½ lime
1 cup ice
Small pinch of sea salt
Optional: a few fresh mint leaves
Steps
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth and slushy
Taste and adjust lime if needed
Serve immediately
